Is Mechanic Legends like Junk Mechanics?

Yes, Mechanic Legends is like Junk Mechanics, because the basic loop of the two games is much the same. Both are Roblox games where you take a damaged car, repair it and then sell it or keep it. They come from different groups, and the details of the repair work, the devices they list and the update rhythm differ.

• Mechanic Legends [BETA] is made by Wrench Work, a Roblox group owned by the verified account Wildes. The group itself has no verified badge. The game was created on April 3, 2026, is listed under Simulation, Vehicle Sim, and fits 12 players per server.
• [LARP] Junk Mechanics is made by the Oil Leak group, which has a verified badge. It was created on March 12, 2026, and also fits 12 players per server.

One more name clash to watch for: an older Roblox game by Mechanic Devs, created in 2022 and first released as Mecánica Argentina, is also called Mechanic Legends. This page is about the Wrench Work game.

How the repair loop differs

The Mechanic Legends game page describes taking customer jobs, repairing and modifying cars and driving them until they need repairing again, finding and collecting rare cars, and cruising the Los Archilis map with friends. Player videos show the repair in detail: you raise the car on a lift in your garage, open the hood, take the damaged parts out, fix them and put them back. Parts you order arrive by delivery truck at your garage. One creator says customer jobs bring the car to you, so you can earn without buying a car first. There is also an auction house, where a garage costs 65K in-game Cash and gives a random car.

The Junk Mechanics game page describes buying junk cars at the junkyard, repairing and repainting them, selling them for cash and collecting rarer cars. We only have the official description for Junk Mechanics, so we cannot say how its repair work compares part by part.

Platforms and updates

The Junk Mechanics description says it supports desktop, mobile and console players and promises weekly updates.

The Mechanic Legends description does not say which devices it supports. One creator found the controller hard to use, because getting out of the car and some menus needed the keyboard or mouse. The game is still in BETA, and its Roblox page shows the last update on October 29, 2026.

Who each one suits

Mechanic Legends may suit you if:
