Our advice
- Let the GPS line do the navigating while you learn the map. It points you to the paint shop, the dealer and other places, so your first sessions can go on repairs instead of hunting for buildings.
- Leave the auction house until you have Cash to spare. It is the one stop on the map where you pay before you see what you get, while the junkyard shows every fault up front.
Mechanic Legends Map Locations, step by step
-
Step 1: the junkyard sells damaged cars. Hold E on a car to read its condition and market value before you buy. Illustration by MechanicLegends.org First stop, the junkyard
Your first stop is the junkyard and its stock of damaged cars. Holding E on one opens a panel with its damaged parts, condition, estimated repairs and market value, so you know the job before you pay. One player guide showed the stock refreshing on a timer, with about 12 minutes to the next refresh.
-
Step 2: repair the car in your garage. Parts from the parts store arrive by delivery truck. Illustration by MechanicLegends.org Garage repairs and parts orders
Drive the car to your garage, put it on the lift and fix the damaged parts. Order any scrapped parts from the parts store; they arrive by delivery truck at your garage. One player guide calls the store Parts Direct and says a teleporter takes you there.
-
Step 3: at the paint shop, strip the paint to remove rust, then pick a color in the paint booth. Illustration by MechanicLegends.org The paint shop, for rust and color
The GPS line on the road points the way to the paint shop. There you pay to have the old paint and the rust stripped off, and after that the car gets a fresh color of your choice in the paint booth.
-
Step 4: cars use fuel, so fill up at the gas station, then sell the car to the used car dealer. Illustration by MechanicLegends.org Fuel and the final sale
Cars burn fuel, so top up at the gas station when the tank gets low. The last stop is the used car dealer, an NPC who makes an offer on the finished car, unless you decide to keep it for yourself.
Where people get stuck
You cannot find the paint shop or the dealer
Watch the road for the GPS line and drive along it; it leads to the paint shop, the dealer and the other stops on the map.
You go to the wrong car dealer
The two are easy to mix up. The dealership is where brand-new cars are sold, and the used car dealer is the one who buys your repaired cars, so a sale always means a trip to the used car dealer.
You wait at the parts store for your order
Parts you order arrive by delivery truck at your garage. Head back to the garage instead of waiting at the store.
Your car runs low on fuel
Cars use fuel in Mechanic Legends. Fill up at the gas station before a long drive across Los Archilis.
What is the map in Mechanic Legends?
The Roblox game page names the map Los Archilis, and it describes cruising the map with friends. As of the October 29, 2026 update, player videos show these stops on it:
- Your garage
- The junkyard
- The parts store
- The paint shop
- The used car dealer
- The dealership
- The auction house
- The gas station
You do not need to learn the roads first, because a GPS line drawn on the road shows the way to the paint shop, the dealer and other stops. The sections below cover each stop and when it is worth the drive.
Your garage
Your garage is where repairs happen, and where you will spend most of your time. Drive a car onto the lift, raise it, open the hood and hold the wrench to see which parts are damaged. The battery charger is here too, for a low battery. Garage work also includes the ultrasonic cleaner and the part polisher, which bring rusty or worn parts back to 100%. Parts you order arrive here by delivery truck.
When to go: after every purchase, and whenever a car needs work.
The junkyard
Damaged cars are all the junkyard has for sale. Before buying, hold E on one and its damaged parts, condition, estimated repairs and market value come up. Player guides compare the market value with the price and the number of damaged parts, because a car that needs only a couple of parts can sell for much more than it cost.
The stock changes over time. One player guide showed it refreshing on a timer, with about 12 minutes to the next refresh. Junkyard spots also show percentages, such as 9% and 11% in two player videos. No source we have explains what that number measures yet.
When to go: at the start of each repair, and again after a refresh if nothing was worth buying.
The parts store
The parts store sells replacement parts, different engines and modifications for tuning. One player guide calls it Parts Direct and says a teleporter takes you there. Parts you order arrive by delivery truck at your garage, and one creator notes the delivery itself is free; you pay Cash for the parts.
When to go: only when a part is scrapped, or when you want an engine or a tuning upgrade. Rusty or worn parts can be cleaned and polished instead.
The paint shop
Rust comes off at the paint shop when you pay to strip the old paint. With the car bare, the paint booth is next, and the color is up to you. Our guide to painting a car covers the stripping prices players have reported and when the cost is worth it.
When to go: last, once the repairs are done and the car is ready to sell or keep.
The used car dealer
Every junkyard flip ends at this NPC, who makes an offer on any repaired car you bring in. Selling is not required, though. A car you repaired can stay with you to drive.
When to go: when a car is repaired, painted and you are ready to cash it in.
The dealership
The dealership sells brand-new cars to drive. One creator reads the dealership sign as Premium Autos. No source we have shows the prices yet.
When to go: when you want a new car without the repair work, and have the Cash for it.
The auction house
At the auction house you can open a garage that gives a random car, from bad to very rare. An auction garage costs 65K in-game Cash. You do not see the car before you pay. Our page on Mechanic Legends auction garages covers them in more detail.
When to go: once you have Cash you do not need for repairs.
The gas station
Cars use fuel, and you can fill up at the gas station.
When to go: before a long drive, or whenever the tank runs low.
Other places players have found
These come from single player reports, so we cannot say yet where they sit or what they are for:
- A tire machine. One player guide shows a tire machine that splits a tire from its rim, so you can fit a different rim and mount the tire back.
- A second workshop. One creator found a second workshop building on the map besides the player garage.
We will add more detail when a second source shows them.
